Do I need a EPC?
When you sell your property you will need purchase an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), or provide an existing valid certificate. The EPC then needs to be completed and available at the earliest convenience, but no later than 28 days after the beginning of your marketing.
How will buyers see my EPC?
You will receive a copy of your EPC which can then be easily loaded onto our web site to appear in your written particulars and other website involved in the marketing of your home.
How do I get one and how much do they cost?
Naturally we are able to provide your EPC. There are two options below depending on your need for a floor plan:
- Option one: EPC no floor plan £75 (incl VAT)
- Option two: EPC with floor plan £105 (incl VAT)

As soon as your EPC has been ordered we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit your home.
