1 - We are the best value complete estate agency service in the UK
The minimum amount you’re likely to pay a high street estate agent to sell property is 1% plus VAT. With the average house for sale price of £250,000 that’s a bill of £3000. A lot of money! Try to imagine it, right now in front of you. How likely are you to just hand it over to a stranger?
So, it begs the question, why do high street estate agents charge £3000 for the sale of a house, and how can House Revolution charge much less but deliver the same facilities?
The answer is quite simple really. Two very different but costly aspects of traditional estate agency have been removed by House Revolution thereby significantly reducing our costs without any loss of service, function or success.
Firstly we're centralised. Just the one office for the whole UK does away with the need for multiple, expensive, high street shops and all the huge associated expense that goes with them: cars, staff, lavish furniture etc. Add to this the unique power of the internet to simplify and automate the whole estate agency process, makes House Revolution a highly efficient and low cost company.
Note, we are a complete end-to-end service, not a £99, do it yourself, no frills, no support type of affair!
Secondly because our fee structure is slightly different we don’t end up with the costs of homes that don’t sell. High street estate agents work on a ‘No sale – no fee’ basis. This means the costs of homes that have not sold are passed to the successful sellers. Crazy really!

2 - Low, one-off fee regardless of property value
Just because different properties have different values doesn’t mean it will they cost more to sell your home. House Revolution’s charges are based on fixed costs plus a modest profit margin.
Also, don’t be too taken in by the line “Commission means we earn more if we get you more.” Negotiation on a house price is normally within the £10,000 range, so he makes an extra £100 at most!
House Revolution will secure for you the best possible price for the sale of your property. Our reputation depends on it, not our commission!

3 - Money-back Guarantee, (Subject to conditions)
We are so confident of our proposal that we offer a money back guarantee. Should you put us to the test but sell your house via a high street estate agent then we will refund your fee.
The objective of the guarantee is not a guarantee that House Revolution will sell your house. There are too many factors out of our control, i.e. the price you choose, your survey etc. The objective is to demonstrate our confidence that this is a genuine and real alternative way of selling your house without using the high street estate agent.
Money back guarantee applies to the base fee and excludes extras and rewards when selling your house.
A refund will be given if you sell your house through a traditional estate agent, for a fee in excess of what you have paid House Revolution.
Proof will be required in the form of a copy of the invoice for the sale of your house from the estate agent.
You must notify House Revolution before you instruct an estate agent to sell your house, stating why you are using the agent.
The money back guarantee only applies for the 12 month period following your payment to House Revolution.
4 - No sole or multiple agency fees charged,
House Revolution wants you to sell your house so, if you choose to use more than one estate agent to do it, then, well that’s up to you. No matter how many agents you decide on, our fees will always be the same low price.
We don't charge any more money if multiple agents are used to sell your house, becuase it doesn't cost us any more.
Multi-agency fees are higher because when you use more than one estate agent this decreases the chances of an agent getting a fee, only one will be successful. High street estate agents’ fees are only paid to the selling agent.
Multi-agency fees are higher because the agents who are not successful at selling the property will not earn any commission from the sale, but they will have to do the same amount of work as for a single agency sale. So, as the risk of not earning anything is considerably increased (by at least 50%) so he must put up his fees to compensate.

5 - No contracts to sign
High street estate agents want commitment from you in the form of a signed contract for selling your house. This is traditional and, particularly now so many people are using the internet to buy and sell property, it’s become essential for the estate agent to ‘lock you in’. So if you do sell property privately, for example, they get paid for the sale!
With House Revolution you’re free, not tied to us in any way, no contracts whatsoever, zilch. Yes, we ask you to accept our terms and conditions so everyone plays fair. Other than that, you sell your house to whoever is the best person for you.
Remember, if you put your house on the market with a high street agent and House Revolution at the same time, you must tell them and check your contract.
