17 - Book-mark favourite properties and track their progress
If you find a property for sale that you like the look of, House Revolution gives you the facility to track it and be kept up to date on progress. In the spirit of transparency we will let the owner know that someone is showing interest in their home. Tracking a property means you will know if an offer has been made, giving you a chance to act, and even if the marketing of the property is suspended you will still be kept up date.
18 - Receive alerts when matching properties become available
In estate agency terms this is our mailing list. If you save your search criteria, as soon as a matching property becomes available for sale, we will let you know right away.
19 - Send house details to friends and earn voucher points if they buy
Recommendation is a great way to do business. We like it so much we reward every time it happens. So if you recommend a House Revolution property to a friend who goes on to successfully purchase that property then we will send you a £5 gift voucher.
20 - Discounted fees if you buy and sell property via House Revolution
All House Revolution customers benefit from a fair reward scheme based on loyalty
If you buy a property via House Revolution and also sell your home with House Revolution then both you and the vendor of the property you buy will receive a £25 refund.
Likewise, when the chain builds, if your buyer then sells via House Revolution then a further £25 will be refunded to you, and so on.

In the spirit of transparency and good communication we actively encourage communication between buyer and seller. After all the best person to answer questions about their home is the owner.
Common complaints levied at estate agents are:
- I asked the agent if the house had a big garden and they said yes. When I got there it was tiny. What a waste of time.
