The people behind House Revolution - the online estate agent

House Revolution, the online estate agent, has been developed over two years by 4 friends with different but very relevant business skills. Our common link is the experience we all have in buying and selling property, and a gritty determination to make the whole estate agency process simpler, more honest and a generally less greedy experience.

Chris Sargisson, Managing Director

Chris started his career in estate agency, learning to value and sell all property types. Over a period of 10 years he became a partner in his own firm before deciding to move into people management. Chris was a founding Director of its4me plc, one of the UK's largest and most successful on-line car insurers, adding internet skills to his CV Chris has learnt to use this new medium to simplify complicated work practices whilst delivering award winning customer service.

Martin Trott, Marketing Director

Moving from customer services to IT, strategic planning to marketing, Martin spent 20 years working at Norwich Union. He created and launched their Club insurance products, which led to his move into CRM and added value. Martin left Norwich Union for Malaysia and Singapore, where he established a relationship marketing agency. He returned in 2000 to be one of the founding Directors of its4me plc. Martin was one of the pioneers in internet marketing, helping its4me grow from nothing to handling more than 60,000 enquiries a day. Mark Haller, IT Director

Mark is an IT Consultant - spanning the gap between IT and business. He is equally at home designing business processes or creating complex shopping websites, having done so for over 14 years for blue chip companies around the world. Richard Savelli, Finance Director
