What does House Revolution - the online estate agent, cost ?

Sell Your House and Pay Now - £499 inc vat

This fee is payable at the moment House Revolution - the online estate agent - starts to market your home, i.e. when we start to spend money with our on-line partners.

Sell Your House and Pay Later - £999 inc vat

This fee becomes due at exchange of contracts and is paid to House Revolution - the online estate agent, when the property completes.

There are NO HIDDEN COSTS. Whichever way you choose to pay, this is what we provide:

What else might I be expected to pay?

There are NO hidden fees with House Revolution - the online estate agent, however, it's not cheap to buy and/or sell property, and there are costs you need to be prepared for:

  • Solicitor's and legal fees
  • Property Surveys
  • Stamp duty
  • HIP
  • Moving services

Rewards

If you both buy and sell your property via House Revolution- the online estate agent, both you and the vendor of the property you buy will receive a £50 refund. Likewise if your buyer sells via House Revolution- the online estate agent, then a further £50 will be refunded.

Recommend a friend who goes on to successfully buy or sell (i.e exchange contracts) a property, £25 will be refunded.

Up to a maximum of four Recommend a Friends will be allowed.

Refunds and Recommend a Friend only apply to customers who have paid the standard fee.

Money Back Guarantee

The objective of the guarantee is not a guarantee that House Revolution - the online estate agent, will sell your house. There are too many factors out of our control, i.e. the price you choose, your survey etc.

The objective is to demonstrate our confidence that this is a genuine and real alternative way of selling your house.

Terms

  1. The money back guarantee applies to the base fee and excludes extras and rewards.
  2. A refund will be given if you sell property through a traditional estate agent, for a fee in excess of that paid to House Revolution- the online estate agent.
  3. Proof will be required in the form of a copy of the invoice from the estate agent.
  4. You must notify House Revolution - the online estate agent, before you instruct an estate agent to sell your house, stating why you are using the agent.
  5. The money back guarantee only applies for the 12 month period following your payment to House Revolution - the online estate agent.
