Your marketing plan is agreed with you at the start and uses all the tools required to give your property the exposure it needs. We manage your account day to day and call you as soon as there is activity that requires your attention.
Q: How are you different from a high street estate agent?
A: In terms of the function we fulfil there is no difference what so ever. We do the same job as the high street and as such are even members of the National Association of Estate Agents. Q: Do you use the newspaper?
Yes we do but in a different and clever way. We use the newspaper only if its required and only with your permission. We don’t waste your money advertising House Revolution or Sold houses.
