Q: What do you do?

A: We provide all the services you should expect from an estate agent from writing your details, taking your photos, arranging your viewings, negotiating your sale. Even handing over your keys! In summary, no part of the service you need and expect is missing.

Q: How does it work?

A: Only House Revolution provides both a detailed marketing plan and a unique online account that allows you to see real time statistics, feedback, and key dates and times, in fact all the activity as it happens. This is transparency in action so you’re never in any doubt or kept in the dark. Your marketing plan is agreed with you at the start and uses all the tools required to give your property the exposure it needs. We manage your account day to day and call you as soon as there is activity that requires your attention.

Q: How are you different from a high street estate agent?

A: In terms of the function we fulfil there is no difference what so ever. We do the same job as the high street and as such are even members of the National Association of Estate Agents. BUT there some massive differences, namely in what and how we charge, how we operate in a low cost way and perhaps most importantly the high level of service we provide.

Q: How do you offer such a good service for less money

A: Simply my not compromising on number of people we employ, the training given and the manner in which we work. We have removed the inherent costs associated with traditional estate agents without compromising in any way on our high levels of service and support. Cost removed include multiple, expensive high street offices, excessive own brand marketing and lots of cars running around all over the place.

Q: What do you cost and when do I pay?

Q: Why do you charge a fixed price and not a percentage of the selling price?

A: We know it costs no more to market a million pound home than one worth a hundred thousand so why should it cost more? Therefore our fees are not based on a percentage of selling price.

Q: Will I need to sign a contract?

A: Nope! No contract. Don’t believe in them, don’t need them. If you don’t want to sell your home with us that we are not going to force you.

Q: How long have you been operating?

A: The company was formed in 2006 and started trading for real in 2007. Since then we have been growing at a steady, healthy and sustainable rate fuelled mainly by customer recommendation and referral.

A: We provide all the services you should expect from an estate agent so be assured that you will always receive full support from real people with many years of relevant experience and training. Q: Can you value my home

Yes! Helping establish the correct marketing price is one of the key services you should expect and rely on from your estate agent and, as importantly, a valuation should be prepared with only one agenda in mind-yours!

Q: Will you measure, photograph and sort the floor plans?

Q: Will I need a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and can you Providing one?

When you sell your property you will need to purchase an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), or provide an existing valid certificate. The EPC then needs to be available no later than 28 days after the marketing of your house begins. Naturally we are able to provide you with an EPC at a sensible price.

Q: Will you manage and handle my viewings?

Q: Do you use Rightmove?

Goodness me yes along with nearly every other online portal out there. We also give you access to all the additional features Rightmove have to offer such as Featured property and Showcase

Q: Do you use the newspaper?

Yes we do but in a different and clever way. We use the newspaper only if its required and only with your permission. We don’t waste your money advertising House Revolution or Sold houses.

Q: Will you put up a board?

If you would like one and the cost is included in your fee.
